About Me
Joey aka ‘Swoleseph’
Hi! My name is Joey, more commonly known as Swoleseph on social media.
I have been active with fitness throughout my life, starting sports in elementary school all the way through college. I started lifting weights at 17 years old when I wanted to get bigger, stronger, and more competitive in sports.
Over time I came to realize my time in the gym gave me more fulfillment physically and emotionally, and it became my fitness method of choice. Throughout my weightlifting journey I have competed in Powerlifting, taking first place in a handful of competitions and qualifying for USAPL Collegiate Nationals Twice. I have also prepared for and competed in natural bodybuilding competitions in the Classic Physique category.
I have been an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer for three years, and have additionally completed their Bodybuilding Specialization course. I currently work as an in-person trainer at my local gym honing my experience on tailoring custom workout, nutrition, and fitness education toward clients.

Having worked with dozens of clients, I understand the different ways you need to approach a problem given someone’s situation. Together we will FINALLY help you achieve those goals you’ve been trying to hit all this time!

Why pick me? What sets me apart from any other coach?
To me, being a fitness coach is so much more than a job. I can remember the first time someone approached me in the gym asking for advice, because to them I looked like I had visually achieved what they were hoping to accomplish. To this day there is no better feeling than seeing the joy someone feels when they finally accomplish a milestone and knowing I was able to help them reach it.
As an Active Duty Military member, I was not motivated into becoming a fitness coach by external factors such as finances or popularity, but rather intrinsically from the pure passion I want to expand upon in helping others find success in their lives.

I build each training program from scratch for EVERY CLIENT, ensuring it is custom designed to fit their fitness goals, time management, and equipment access. This program will work for you because it was made SPECIFICALLY WITH YOU IN MIND!
Nutrition Guidance and Meal Plans that meet YOUR needs!
Not only will you have specific calories and macronutrient goals based on your body and needs, but we will work together to learn the importance of building healthy habits that will prepare you for success for the rest of your life. If you’re not sure where to start with eating healthy, leave it to me! I will build you a custom meal plan based off any preferences and dietary restrictions you may have.
